Oversaw all tactical and strategic marketing objectives for mortgage brokerage and mortgage banker with offices in four states and licensing in 30 states. Developed strategic/tactical traditional, online (viral) and direct marketing, and public/media-relations plans, while ensuring RESPA compliance. Developed tools to implement marketing plans and sales tools to increase sales, including the Professional Referral Program and Circle of Influence Program, resulting in

  • 15 percent increase in gross revenue coming off the largest refinance boom in U.S. history
  • 445 percent increase in visitors at main/hub Web site
  • 237 percent increase in visitors at Loan Consultant recruiting Web site
  • USA Lending Group ranked the fifth fastest growing company in Utah
  • USA Lending Group ranked no. 70 on the Inc. 500
  • USA Lending Group ranked no. 8 largest mortgage brokerage in the country

Wrote, edited and laid out marketing materials, the customer newsletter USA Money Mentor, the professional newsletter USA Financial Focus, the finance professionals newsletter USA Market Update, corporate
multimedia presentations, press releases, technical and training materials. Oversaw tradeshow participation. Developed and maintained corporate Worldwide Web sites (www.usaloanofficers.com, www.11loan.com, www.usafsbohome.com). Managed Marketing Department Staff and Marketing Department budget. Wrote TV and radio ad copy. Interfaced with trade press and mainstream media as media representative and to negotiate advertising contracts. Designed logos and graphics.
